  • Authentication Data: Data provided by Google Authentication (such as your basic profile info and email) if you choose to sign in with Google.
  • Pet Information: Details about your pets (name, breed, age, weight, photos) to provide appropriate care and services.
  • Device Permissions (Mobile App):
    • Camera: Used to scan door QR codes for physical check-ins and capture pet photos.
    • Photo Library: Used to select and upload profile images.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect strictly to:

  • Facilitate and manage your pet boarding, daycare, and grooming bookings.
  • Communicate with you regarding your appointments, including sending booking confirmations via phone or email.
  • Manage your wallet balance, referral credits, and membership tiers.
  • Improve the quality and safety of our services.

3. Google User Data

Our application permits users to sign in using their Google accounts. The only data we request from Google is your basic profile information (name and profile picture) and your email address. This data is used exclusively to create and identify your account within our booking system. We do not access, share, or store any sensitive Google data (such as emails or Google Drive files).

4. Data Protection and Sharing

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may only disclose your data if required by law or to trusted third-party service providers (like payment gateways) strictly for the purpose of processing your transactions.

5. Account and Data Deletion

We respect your privacy and give you control over your data. You can initiate the deletion of your account and all associated profile, booking, and pet data at any time:

  • Directly inside the mobile app by navigating to Account → Delete Account.
  • Or by emailing us at the address below with a request to delete your account.

Upon request, your account and associated personal data will be permanently removed from our active systems within 14 days, except where retention is required for legal compliance.
